The project Passage – in the wake of the world is an evolving project. A metaphoric story set between reality and dream whereby a wooden crate, packed with 20 made-to-measure paintings, on its way from my studio in southern Switzerland to New York – transforms into a sailing vessel carrying two passengers (two dancers). In the aftermath of a violent storm the passengers find themselves stranded on the rocks in a state of amnesia. Their journey of survival is reflected in a close dialogue with the series of paintings conceived for the crate.
