you never now – upcoming exhibition

there are things to mend 1994 – 2021 bronze, velvet 94 cm long (needle) 80 x 24 cm (velvet hands)

you never know

Studio Naegeli
Gallery & Archive
Promenade 61
3780 Gstaad, Switzerland

Opening December 18, 2026

In you never know, Angela Lyn brings together works made at different moments in her practice and allows them to enter new relationships—with one another, with the architecture of Studio Naegeli and with the viewer. Within these shifting narratives, landscapes, cedar paintings, garments, intimate objects and sculptures form dialogues in which suggestion and meaning remain open and responsive.
The title names this openness: not knowing is presented not as confusion or anxiety, but as the attentiveness required for a relationship to develop.
